The company`s founder has operated within the retail real estate field for more than 20 years, during which time his team has successfully participated in the creation and implementation of a wide range of real estate projects mainly in the commercial real estate segment. Having leased more than 220 000 m2 of retail space, 10 leased shopping centers, more than 1,000 negotiated lease contracts, he has become one of the leading specialists in Slovakia.
We continue to take consulting services to a higher level through external partner cooperation with TOP experts, including professionals in the field of project financing, legal advice, facility management and security, all with the aim of maximizing the satisfaction of current and future clients.
With an active membership of the Slovak national committee of ICSC (the International Council of Shopping Centers), the largest worldwide organization which brings together professionals in the shopping centre field, we try to bring, follow and apply the latest trends in the industry and in so doing demonstrate the necessity for continuous learning.
